A few preferences
- Start with an actual problem. Tether began with a familiar problem: losing a place in long articles.
- Skip the account when possible. If a feature can work on the device, that is where it should work.
- Let people change the interface. Type, spacing, contrast, and pace are not one-size-fits-all.
